When Jack intervenes on Jessica's behalf when she has a minor dispute with Terri, Terri resents Jack's interference and the end of their relationship is nigh. Regina is finding it difficult to cope with the new pressures she faces in ED. Von is affronted when her sister is brought into the ED by her daughter, believing it's all a trick for them to reconcile. Scott reports new 'Ambo' Mac for breaking protocol and earns the displeasure of his colleagues after Mac heroically saves a worker with severe burns.
